The research work is being continued during the second year by graduate students and masters from China, who study at the Faculty of Agricultural Technologies and Environmental Use of Sumy NAU. Productive internship in 2019 of the Professor of the Department of Horticulture and Forestry, Ph.D. N. Andrii Melnyk was ended with the formation of long-term cooperation plans for Chinese scientists, graduate students and masters from Henan Institute of Science and Technology and Sumy NAU.
One of these areas is joint research to study the adaptation of Chinese and Ukrainian varieties of soybeans, mustard, peanuts and safflower to modern climate change. Development of ways to reduce the impact of stress on the realization of the biological potential of agricultural plants. According to the plan, in 2020, field research was planned for graduate student Jia Pei Pei and Masters of Li Zhuijie, Hou Hanhan.
Collaboration and modern laboratory equipment will create all conditions for the realization of the potential of young scientists. It is a pleasure to feel the friendly support of colleagues from the “heavenly” by Ukrainian masters and graduate students (Serhiy Butenko, Angelina Dudka, Vika Bilokin), especially in the context of a global pandemic.
