The Department of Ecology and Botany continues the tradition of Professor Julian Zlobin on the introduction of modern digital technologies into the educational process.
On February 21, associate professor of the Department of Ecology and Botany Bondareva Lyudmila Nikolaevna gave a lecture on the discipline “Botany” on the topic: “Anatomy and morphology of the flower” for students of the 1st year of the Faculty of Agrotechnology and Environmental Use using interactive teaching methods, in particular Kahoot online testing.
The Kahoot testing system allows you quickly to retrieve the knowledge gained at the end of the lecture online or to update the background knowledge before presenting the material in a modern, interactive format.
Students were enthusiastic about taking modern approaches in organizing the learning process. The proposed testing prompted them to make their own decisions when answering questions and motivated them to systematically update their knowledge and creatively apply it in the educational process.
