With the initiative of the students of the Faculty of Agrotechnology and Environmental Use in the framework of studying the course “Vegetables” the technology of growing microgreens was being taught. Microgreen – English. microgreen, or micro-greens – are young plants that have only one pair of true leaves. During this period of development, plants contain the maximum amount of vitamins, enzymes, minerals and vitality. Juicy, fresh and delicious micro-greens are used to diversify and replenish useful vitamins of the range of Ginkgo Cafe, which was recently opened in Sumy NAU.
