She was born on July 6, 1973 in Sumy.
1989 - 1994 – she studies at the Sumy A.S. Makarenko Pedagogical Institute in the specialty "Physical Culture" and qualified as a physical education teacher.
1994 -2004 - instructor in physical education in children's educational institution № 80 of Sumy.
2003 - she graduated from the Sumy State A.S. Makarenko Pedagogical University with a degree in "Management of the Educational Institution" and obtained the qualification of the head of the educational institution.
2004 - 2008 - Lecturer at the Department of Physical Education of Sumy National Agrarian University.
From 2008 to present - Senior Lecturer of the Department of Physical Education of Sumy National Agrarian University.
2019 - admission to graduate school at Sumy State A.S. Makarenko Pedagogical University (specialty 017 - physical culture and sports).

Advanced training (internship): Information technology in the teaching of sports; improvement of the educational and training process of students - athletes of different qualifications; development and improvement of training programs for athletes (2016).
